We aim to resolve any complaints/feedback that we receive with fair and confidential. On receipt of the complaint/feedback, our team will contact you to discuss in detail. We will endeavor to complete our investigation within 10 working days. If there is any further investigation involved, we will let you know and keep you updated throughout the process.

In case, if you are not satisfied with our final response, you may refer your complaint to the Insurance regulator as per below details.
